I am considering buying a pair of Vibram Five Fingers shoes. I've been a runner for years and like what I've heard about these shoes. They are considered 'the next best thing to being barefoot'.

The lady at the store told me I could also wear them for yoga, which I also practice. I asked her why you'd be anything but barefoot when practicing yoga and she said, "A lot of people in my class wear them...or socks." Isn't it best to practice yoga barefoot? Or can these shoes somehow benefit my yoga?

Hi... I have hypothroidism. I call is Hashimoto's with a twist. I have developed an iodine allergy and am severely allergic to all thyroid meds which I need to level out my imbalance. My TSH levels are approaching 10, but my T3 and T4 fortunately are still in the high normal range. None of my Dr's are sure how to proceed in treatment. Are there alternative approaches in treatment such as diet, supplements, or natural approaches that are safe for my situation? Am starting to get some symptoms now.

Sara,

When I have heartburn, I usually have a cup of oatstraw tea. This usually settles my stomach and makes things feel better. I have purchased oatstraw from Frontier Products. Have you heard anything good or bad about using oatstraw tea? Should I be worried about any possible health concerns from using this?

Thanks,

Hi Sara, I injured my tail bone a few years ago (pushed it inward) from sitting on a hard surface. I have been to several Chiropractors, which as helped but has not totally eliminated the pain and discomfort when I sit. I started yoga, and some of the streches initially have brought me some relief. However, since I have become more flexible, I don't get the same relief as before. Is there any yoga poses that you can recommend that would help with tailbone issues? Thanks, Renee.

My 7 yr. old Grandson has asperger syndrome. His behavior is really unbearable. He threatens to slap my face and raises his fist at anybody he feels deserves his wrath. I'm convinced that this is not the syndrome but just plain old bad behavior. Is it normal for these kids to act like this? I am really tempted to smack his butt, but, I really don't think it will work. Is there any NATURAL things on the market to calm him? We really are against medication but, we are open to more natural remedie.

Hello people! I will talk about such a thing as a selfhypnosis. About two months ago I learned about it at forums. It was about people's psychiatric health. And among many topics I perused about Interaura personal hypnosis programs. These programs can help a person to relax after a working day, to take a different look at his life, to achieve instant freedom from mental and emotional tensions by means of combining video and audio with binaural beats and subconscious affirmations. So, first time I tried it I was stressed cause I had big problems with my work. Interaura specialists made a personal hypnosis program for me with my subconscious affirmations. I used the hypnosis program during the period of a month twice a day and it really helped me! Now I have no problems and I got a new look at my life. You can also get to know about that method of autohypnosis on the official site of Interaura - vv vv vv interaura ( dot ) net Please, leave your comments. What do you know about Interaura? It's important...
